Established in 1999, Changxing (Luoyang) Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd.  is the manufacturing base of Automotive Engineering Corporation (AE) in Luoyang. Taking full advantage of the outstanding achievements and advantageous resources of AE in the field of automotive engineering construction, the company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of intelligent conveyor equipment to provide high-quality mechanized intelligent conveyor equipment for auto plants and clients to realize high precision, fast-pace and fully automatic stereoscopic conveying.

Relying on its strong technical force, the company has established "Henan Province Automobile Production Intelligent Conveyor Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" and has won honorary titles such as "High-Tech Enterprise, Henan Province Innovation Pilot Enterprise, Key Protection Unit of Independent Intellectual Property Innovation in Luoyang City, and Outstanding Enterprise of SME Lean Management in Luoyang City". The company now has more than 260 professional and technical personnel such as professor-level senior engineers, senior engineers, engineers, registered architects, registered safety engineers, etc. Besides, it owns more than one hundred authorized patents, including 14 invention patents.

Working together with AE and SCIVIC Engineering Corporation, the company is committed to the development of intelligent conveyor equipment in automobile factories, production of skid conveyors, wide sliding plate conveyor lines, friction conveyor lines, pendulum chain conveyors, ground inverse monorail conveyor (IMC), overturning conveyor and transfer equipment for lifting, rotating and traversing it, which can be widely used for mechanized intelligent transportation in the factories in the automotive industry, construction machinery industry, agricultural machinery industry, general machinery and logistics transportation industry.
